Different Cover Sheet = Different Finish

If you have some customers that don’t like the look of heat transfer letters, you can create a new look on some heat transfer materials simply by changing the cover sheet.

The first picture is of Thermo-FILM® letters using a teflon cover sheet. Teflon will give the letters more of a higher-shine look. You can peel the teflon sheet while it’s still warm and use it over and over and over again.

Then, we took the same letters and reapplied them using kraft paper. Now, this isn’t kraft paper you’d find at a store- this is special, heat resistent kraft paper made specifically for heat application. Kraft paper will give more of a flat, matte finish. You have to allow to kraft paper to cool before peeling to get this look and you can use each sheet 4-5 times before losing the effect.
